But what if sharing those failures could help someone else avoid the same mistakes? 👀

Join us at the Failure Fair - a safe space to share and reflect on our biggest “oops” moments with the community. 💜

Here’s how it works:

• No names, no blame - just authentic stories you personally worked on. 💬
• No recording - everything shared stays in the room. 🤐
• Information shared during a Fail Fair MUST NOT be used to the detriment of any person, place, or thing. Trust must be maintained. 🤝
• 5 minutes per person to share and chat about your experience ⏲️
