While we started in the UK, our community is international and remote-friendly by design. Time zones are considered in our event planning, and many of our resources and conversations are asynchronous, so you can engage from anywhere. Plus, you'll get global perspectives that enrich your thinking - and ops-specific insights you won’t find elsewhere, no matter where you’re based.

What does the ON Membership cost?

You can choose between £19/month or £190/year (save the cost of 2 months).

You can also sign up to pay it forward for £250/year if you’d like to cONtribute to someone else’s Membership next to your own.

All options already include VAT.

Is there a minimum term commitment to the Membership?

Yes. The minimum commitment is 1 month. You can also choose to sign up for an Annual Membership, which will renew every 12 months.

How will I ever get the budget signed off for this?

Start by framing the membership as professional development: it’s cost-effective compared to formal training or coaching, and offers tangible benefits: access to expert advice, tools, events, and even speaking and teaching opportunities.

If your organisation supports L&D, this should be an easy ask.

If not, we welcome you to ask for a Community-Funded Membership after you get accepted into the community.

Can I get a discount if I’m based outside the UK?

We’re a global community and we strive to be accessible for all our Members, so we use the PPP framework. You can read more about the framework here. If eligible, your discount will be applied automatically at the checkout.

Can I get a discount if my organisation is a non-profit?

Yes! Operations leaders from non-profit organisations get a 60% discount. To find out how to claim this discount, email us at community@operationsnation.com.

Do you offer payment plans or any monetary support?

You’re welcome to choose between a monthly or yearly payment depending on your preferences. If you have any financial constraints, we welcome you to ask for a Community-Funded Membership after you get accepted into the community.

Can I sponsor someone else’s Membership?

Yes! We have a “Pay-it-forward” option, which includes an Annual Membership for you + cONtributing to someone else’s Membership fee. This option will be offered to you after you get accepted into the community.

Payment mechanics

How are payments taken?

All payments will be taken via Stripe, which accepts both debit and credit card payments.

Can my employer pay for my Membership somehow?

Yes, we encourage you to ask your employer to cover the cost of your membership, or simply use your L&D budget if you already have one.

If your employer is paying, you can either

  • use your company’s debit or credit card at the checkout
  • or forward the payment link to your finance team or relevant person to complete the transaction

A formal invoice from Operations Nation LTD will be issued to the email address on record immediately after payment.

How does my Membership renew at the end of the term?

Membership fees are set up as an automatic renewal. You are in control of this and you can update and/or cancel when you need to.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Email us at community@operationsnation.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

Can I pause my Membership?

No, you can only cancel it. However, if you change your mind and decide to rejoin, you’re welcome to reach out to us and we’ll happily guide you back ON board.
