We embrace a range of leadership styles, organisational sizes, and life experiences. While we started in the UK, our community is international and remote-friendly by design. Time zones are considered in our event planning, and many of our resources and conversations are asynchronous, so you can engage from anywhere. Plus, you'll get global perspectives that enrich your thinking - and ops-specific insights you won’t find elsewhere, no matter where you’re based.

You can choose a contribution of £19 per month or £190 per year, with the annual option saving you the equivalent of two monthly payments.

You can also choose our Pay-it-forward contribution of £250 per year. This includes your own annual membership, plus an additional contribution towards Community-Funded Memberships for people who cannot currently afford to join.

All contribution amounts include VAT.

Yes. The minimum commitment is one month.

You can also choose an Annual Membership, which renews every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.

It can help to position your ON membership as professional development. Compared with formal training or coaching, it is a cost-effective way to access ongoing peer support, expert advice, practical tools, events, and opportunities to speak or teach.

If your organisation has a learning and development budget, your membership contribution may be eligible as a professional development expense.

If employer support is not available, you can request a Community-Funded Membership after you have been accepted into the community.

Yes. We encourage you to ask your employer to support your ON membership as a professional development expense or to use your organisation’s learning and development budget.

Your employer can either:

• use a company debit or credit card at checkout; or
• use the payment link to complete the transaction through the relevant finance or people team.

A formal invoice from Operations Nation Ltd will be sent to the email address provided immediately after payment.

Monthly and annual membership contributions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You remain in control of your membership and can cancel the renewal when needed.

At the moment, memberships cannot be paused. You can cancel your membership and, should you decide to return in the future, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to welcome you back ON board.
