You currently work in a full-time operations leadership role in a tech-enabled, progressive organisation overseeing multiple areas.*

You have at least 3 years of professional experience - not necessarily in operations, as long as you're in an ops leadership role now.
You're ready to actively participate in our community and follow our guidelines and values.
*Your role is COO, Director/VP/Head of Operations, or an equivalent. You might also be a fractional operations leader or consultant - or currently between roles, with prior experience in a full-time operations leadership position.
