You currently work in a full-time operations leadership role in a tech-enabled, progressive organisation overseeing multiple areas.*

You have at least 3 years of professional experience - not necessarily in operations, as long as you're in an ops leadership role now.
You're ready to actively participate in our community and follow our guidelines and values.
*Your role is COO, Director/VP/Head of Operations, or an equivalent. You might also be a fractional operations leader or consultant - or currently between roles, with prior experience in a full-time operations leadership position.

Before filling out the form, please note: Operations Nation is a peer community for people responsible for making organisations work better. Our members typically lead or own broad business operations within startups, scaleups, non-profits, and other growing organisations. This may include roles such as Chief Operating Officer, VP or Director of Operations, Head of Operations, Operations Lead, senior Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff with significant operational responsibility. Please note: Operations Nation may not be the right community for roles focused primarily on project management, programme delivery, administration, events, facilities or a single specialist function without broader organisational responsibility.

Pay-it-forward contribution
£250/year*
Full membership access for 12 months, plus an additional contribution towards Community-Funded Memberships for thos who can’t currently afford to contribute.
