You have at least 3 years of professional experience - not necessarily in operations, as long as you're in an ops role now.
You're ready to actively participate in our community and follow our guidelines and values.
*You might be working full-time as a fractional or consultant - or currently between roles, with prior experience in a full-time ops position.
