Beams has built a technology platform to make house renovations simpler and greener. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of Bloom & Wild, where he helped scale the company over 8 years across 8 different European markets to become Europe’s leading online flower company.
Phill began his career as a solicitor working in mergers and acquisitions before moving into the world of startups. Beams is the fourth startup he's worked in. He's also an active angel investor focussing on consumer and climate tech.
