We have scaled our team quite rapidly from 50 - 100 and are feeling some of the natural scaling pains that come with this. In my CoS role I am really keen to ensure we are able to reach alignment and decision making effectively at a leadership level, to ensure the priorities and needs of the business are clearly understood by our ever expanding team. It feels to me that there is significant work to do here and I am genuinely interested in how others have overcome this challenge. More broadly, the AI element to this workshop is of interest as we begin to navigate this in a similar way to other organisations - wanting to ensure we are leveraging AI to optimise workflows but encourage our teams to use critical thinking and judgement.
