What prompted your interest in these workshops?
Just feels like the landscape is changing so quickly - I worry about keeping up, but also want to make sure I'm making the RIGHT decisions (eg automating the right things, focusing in the right places...). I also worry that AI is making everyone on my team think & talk the same, and that they're leaning on AI too much for problem solving (outsourcing thinking). How do I (and my team) embrace AI without degrading quality of thought?
