Hey! Feels like you read my mind 😄 I was actually about to suggest running a free workshop for the community around Notion and how ops leaders can get more out of it.
This is very much aligned with what we do day to day. We basically work with ops leaders to get the most out of Notion as a collaboration tool, whether that’s implementing it properly across teams, migrating from other tools, or setting up automations and workflows. We’re seeing a lot of teams using Notion, but not quite in an optimal way, and there’s usually a big opportunity to increase the ROI with the right setup.
There’s honestly a lot we could share here, and I’d be happy to go deeper on specific use cases. But at a high level, we’d love to offer to host a workshop for the community. We’re already planning a few sessions for other communities and events we're involved with. A few ideas of things we could cover:
1. The COO’s Operating System: Building Your Company Wiki in Notion
How to create a true single source of truth for your team, from org charts and projects to OKRs and onboarding
2. Notion AI for Ops Leaders: Your New Chief of Staff
How to use Notion AI to summarise meetings, draft SOPs, analyse information, and support decision-making
3. Notion Agents & Automations: Making Your Ops Stack Work Harder
A hands-on look at automations, integrations with tools like Slack and CRMs, and emerging AI workflows
4. Change Management in Notion: Rolling Out New Systems Without Losing Your Team
How to drive adoption and use Notion as both the rollout tool and the change management hub
5. The Ops Intelligence Hub: Using Notion to Surface Decisions Faster
For more senior leaders, how to build dashboards, decision logs, and escalation frameworks with the right context
Would love to explore this with you and see what might be most relevant for the community. Happy to jump on a quick chat whenever it suits you if this sounds interesting 👍
