Abi is a senior operator with 15+ years’ experience driving strategic and operational change across industries ranging from seed-stage tech startups to FTSE100 corporations.
She began her career on the Finance Graduate scheme at E.ON before spending seven years at Glencore, where she led the finance workstream on a $1 billion acquisition, and post-integration initiatives across London, Switzerland, Canada and Chad.
Abi went on to senior finance roles at Octopus and Stashbee, where she expanded her remit beyond finance to include Customer Success. At Deliveroo, she led a global customer excellence programme spanning nine markets, aligning the Product, Engineering and commercial teams around strategic objectives.
She is now COO at Visibly, focused on Strategy, Finance and GTM. Abi thrives on bringing structure, clarity and pace to ambitious, fast-moving organisations.
