Alex Catalán Flores is an operations leader who builds the systems that let mission-driven teams scale, with experience across government, business and the nonprofit sector.
He leads operations at Lafiya, an NGO expanding access to self-injectable contraception in northern Nigeria, where he optimises supply chain logistics, human resources and financial resource allocation.
Alex worked as a management consultant for Grosvenor Performance Group before moving to Ethiopia and pivoting to operations management in ambitious, high-impact organisations. He served as Operations Manager at Includovate, Head of Operations at Suvita and Director of Operations at Ambitious Impact (previously known as Charity Entrepreneurship). He trained in law and economics at the Australian National University.
