Becca is an Exec & Team Coach who supports Founders and Executive Teams to successfully scale. Combining her experience in coaching, strategy at McKinsey and operational leadership in startups (Kano, MOO, Babylon Health) she can provide both high level support and get into the practical details of what it takes to succeed.
Becca has recently become a Partner at Evolution, a boutique coaching firm, as part of their expansion into Europe. Alongside her colleagues she can now also provide larger scale leadership development programmes.
Outside of work, Becca loves to get outside and explore nature. She's a keen horse rider and represents Great Britain in horseback archery competitions around the world.
