Caitlin Ferguson is the founder and CEO of COOPilots.io, where she helps startup leaders make the leap from big vision to operational reality. She spends her days untangling the messy middle — helping founders unlock capacity, sharpen their market position, and weave AI into their growth plans without losing the human touch.
She’s built and sold a social enterprise, supported over 100 startups, and advised leaders from small business to Fortune 100 executives on innovation, business model transformation, and sustainable growth. While at Emory University, she led partnership development and operations for a global research initiative with The Aspen Institute, which studied 6,500 startups to uncover what drives long-term success.
