Catherine has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 25 years ranging from charities, to Higher Education.
Following a series of EA roles in her early career, she ran a government funded social mobility project encouraging young people from under-represented backgrounds to access Higher Education.
When the funding dried up she co-founded a not-for-profit organisation to keep the valuable work going, securing alternative funding sources, running projects and ensuring the operations ran as smooth as possible.
In 2022, Catherine joined Axiom Maths as Operations Director initially responsible for spinning out from a larger umbrella organisation, she has established and continues to improve the Operations for the growing Charity.
