Catherine is an operations leader with over a decade of experience in financial services, including senior roles at Capital One in the UK and US and most recently as Operations Director at Capital on Tap. She has led multidisciplinary teams of 100+, strengthening resilience and scaling organizations in complex, regulated environments. Previously, as Chief of Staff to a c-suite executive at Capital One, she worked closely with senior executives on operational resilience, risk oversight, and talent strategy impacting 8,600 employees and 15M customers.
Catherine now runs a coaching practice supporting rising executives, while pursuing a Master’s in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics, focusing on power dynamics and organisational culture.
