Danielle has dedicated the last 10+ years of her career to learning and applying the art of running businesses in a way that balances commercial performance with purpose and impact. In a space where theory and idealism can dominate, Danielle has walked the talk. Her experience applying purpose-led operational principles in for-profit businesses has resulted in a skill for managing the inevitable trade-offs, difficult decisions and constant judgment calls that this approach to business requires.
She is currently the Head of Operations at Greenheart, a leading B Corp and sustainability consultancy that operates as a ‘regenerative ecosystem’ or in other words; a non-traditional, non-hierarchical, decentralised and impact-driven organisation. Her role is to facilitate the systems, processes and cultural development that enable Greenheart to commercially thrive whilst staying true to its regenerative values and mission.
By using this on-the-ground experience, she can share lessons of what it takes in practice to operate a ‘values-driven’ business in a turbulent world.
