Gemma started her career as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey, before becoming one of the early team members at Uber UK.
In 2018, she joined Elder (VC-funded, tech-enabled healthtech startup) as their Director of Operations, then took over the COO role.
Shortly before the pandemic, Gemma began to angel invest in various early-stage companies, then joined Creandum as Principal, backing companies like Spotify, Trade Republic, Depop and Kry.
Now, Gemma focuses on supporting Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A software companies in Climate, Health, and Impact as a Venture Partner at Norrsken.
