Heather’s career spans nearly 20 years focused on strategy implementation and operational excellence. She gained rich foundational knowledge from Arcadis where she began her career as a management consultant, specialising in business transformation with an expertise in change management and project management.
She moved across to KPMG’s People and Change team whilst also studying for her MBA at Imperial Business School. Thanks to her years as a management consultant she has worked with FTSE 100 clients in Financial Services, Oil and Gas, big pharma and tech.
Her final client at KPMG took her into industry and Heather joined Meta as a project manager in their Legal team. An internal move followed where Heather became the Chief of Staff to the VP of EMEA for the Global Business Group within Meta. In this role Heather was the VP’s right-hand woman supporting in delivering the organisation’s strategic priorities.
After redundancy from Meta, Heather channelled her inner entrepreneur and founded Mack Clarity, a business consultancy that enabled leaders of corporate and scaling organisations to bring clarity to their vision so that their teams can thrive. A year ago Heather returned to her alma mater and took on the role of Director of Strategy and Operations within Imperial Business School’s Innovation, Digital Education and Analytics (IDEA) Lab.
