Jie has over a decade of startup experience in a multitude of Ops roles across healthtech, techforgood and even a challenger food brand.
Her startup career began in Malaysia as an Ops Manager at hear.com.
After 3 years, she left as a Co-Country Head, and moved to London to be COO of ManiLife Peanut Butter in its early days.
Following that, she went on to be Head of Ops & People at Beam and then took on a number of roles at Lantum, from Head of Customer Ops, to Head of Program Management and Chief of Staff.
Jie, why did you choose to speak at the cONference? 💬
Over the years, I have gained so much from the Ops Nation community, be it job opportunities, mentorship or insightful discussions. I felt incredibly honoured when I was asked to speak as it would be such a great opportunity to give back to the community. I’ve had a particularly squiggly and non-linear Ops career across a range of industries, so I hope in sharing my journey, I could help someone else in theirs!
