Lily has over a decade of operational leadership experience, specialising in scaling systems and building organisations that run efficiently and effectively.
She began her career at MindGym, leading large-scale programmes across the UK and US for seven years, before moving to Bloom, where she helped scale the business five-fold and built the core operational infrastructure to support growth.
Now COO at RunYourself, an AI-assisted coaching platform, Lily has spent the past year transforming a founder-led startup into a scalable operation. Her work includes launching an AI coaching assistant, embedding automation across CRM and delivery systems, and establishing data-led processes that free teams up to focus on the work that really matters.
She’s driven by a belief that the right mix of people, systems, and technology can unlock growth at pace — and that repetitive admin belongs with machines, not humans.
