I’m a three-time COO and President with extensive experience scaling B2B SaaS, IT infrastructure, and tech-enabled services companies through GTM execution, AI-driven automation, and operational efficiency. In my recent role as COO at Tucows (currently $362M ARR), I led business operations, GTM strategy (serving as CRO), IT infrastructure, data science, information security, HR, procurement, and other G&A functions.
I’ve had the privilege of partnering with visionary CEOs and founder-led teams to transform ambitious ideas into scalable, high-performing realities. I specialize in supporting VC-funded, early to growth-stage, private equity-backed, and public organizations—helping them achieve capital-efficient scaling.
Earlier in my career, I was an early team member at Automattic (WordPress) via acquisition of a 2007 Boulder Techstars company. I was fortunate to help Automattic scale past $100M ARR and contribute to its multi-billion-dollar valuation. I have also served as CRO and CEO at other companies, gaining a broad perspective on revenue generation, R&D, and operational transformation.
I take pride in bringing in AI-driven automation, enhancing G&A and GTM efficiency, and supporting comprehensive operational transformation—while fostering collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement.
