Paulina didn’t plan on a career in operations, but looking back, it makes perfect sense. She started out at Boeing, one of the world’s biggest corporations, but she quickly realised she was more energised by fast-moving, mission-driven companies than by corporate giants.
Since then, she’s carved out a career in the world of FMCG B-Corps, where operational excellence and meaningful impact go hand in hand. At vertical farming unicorn Infarm, Paulina spent three years rolling out change programmes across 10 international markets and helping to embed a culture of data-driven decision-making. She also founded her own venture, Lover Beauty, bringing her love of data, systems, and creativity into the beauty retail space.
Now, as Head of Operations at Mooncup, Paulina makes sure the business runs smoothly across data, processes, and regulatory systems - all with the goal of helping a purpose-led brand grow sustainably.
Having worked in the UK, Germany, and Poland, Paulina brings both an international outlook and a people-first approach to operations - building systems and cultures that help businesses, and the people in them, thrive.
