Brian Snyder is Co-Founder and COO of Aide Health, a digital platform helping patients and clinicians manage chronic illness, commissioned across multiple NHS organisations. At Aide, Brian leads sales and operations, oversees finance and regulatory compliance, and drives fundraising, building the commercial, governance, and operational foundations for scaling across the UK and US healthcare markets.
Previously, Brian was COO of Black Swan Data, a VC-backed AI SaaS company, where he scaled operations from 50 to 150 employees, opened international offices, managed capital allocation, and worked closely with investors and board officers to support rapid global growth. At AKQA, he built and managed multidisciplinary teams across four countries, delivering award-winning digital products for Nike, Tag Heuer, BBC, and Visa.
Brian is a two-time patent holder with more than 15 years’ experience scaling technology companies internationally. Recognised by the UK government as a Tech Nation Global Talent, he now focuses on operationalising Aide Health’s platform for international healthcare systems.
