Emily has a particular knack for being a Human Bandaid, going wherever she's needed most in the organisation, culminating in leadership experience spanning legal, operations, finance, talent, people, customer success and product/tech, while also building teams from scratch, rebuilding incumbent teams, and serving on startup boards. With a background as a GC, Em loves helping teams and businesses find the balance between running at high velocity toward a goal, while doing things just right enough, while always keeping an eye on scalability and efficiency.
