What prompted your interest in these workshops?
This is very topical considering the discussions we're having with the massive changes AI is bringing. There are two lenses for us i) leveraging AI to augment and accelerate out work / growth and ii) using AI to serve our customers. For i) it is requiring organisational rethinks including in governance, approach to risk, people management, training, and more in an environment that seems to be changing weekly. For the second it has prompted us to ask hard questions: would we build the company the way we have if we were starting today? What happens if someone builds this AI native? Should we do that first?
