4 months into my first COO seat at Veridian, digital identity infrastructure spinning out of CF. team of 10, Series A on the horizon, three revenue streams to operationalize at once.. biggest challenge is that we're rebuilding the operating system of the company while the market moves weekly. what worked at 5 breaks NOW at 15, hiiring is open across product and eng, and we're installing our own cadence and decision rights from scratch post spinout.. (a mess, really) on the leadership side i'm a contractor COO partnering with a strong founder CEO.. learning to use my voice without losing alignment is a daily exercise. it's also my first time in the seat, so i'm working out what to own, what to delegate, what to drop, while the role itself keeps reshaping the opportunity is rare though.. greenfield org design, small team leverage with AI, and a market (digital identity, vLEI, AI agent trust) that's about to hit an inflection. thse workshops seem like a timely fit
