What prompted your interest in these workshops?
We are actively scaling and our business model is mostly T&M which doesn't feel like the right thing in the age of AI agents and people getting their agents to do their work a lot of the time (e.g. in software engineering). Also while we build AI products, a lot of our processes and ways of working aren't really AI-first.
