Will was previously the Chief Strategy Officer for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), where he drove growth by levelling up operations, owning strategy, leading the work to secure the future of the CALM helpline (its core service) and creating a new innovation function and income streams.
Will also has significant senior operator experience both within VC and VC-backed businesses: he was CFO at Forward Partners and Interim FD at ScaleUp Capital, he held senior ops and finance roles supporting growth and exits at Hassle and MyRecovery, as well as numerous advisory roles at other companies.
