Sarah is the Co-Founder & CEO of Waggle AI, an AI leadership coach helping founders and execs build high-performing organisations.
After growing a FinTech from employee #3 to more than 50 people, a $50M+ Series A and 200,000 customers as COO, Sarah stepped down to focus entirely on her calling: using behavioural science & psychology to enable people and teams to perform at their best.
She’s on a mission to make every manager a great manager, through Waggle AI, 1-1 coaching (she’s a trained and certified Coach).
Sarah is also an angel investor in more than 25 start-ups and has mentored or coached 100+ founders.
