In this new age of AI, it’s really important that we reflect on not only what role operations leaders play when it comes to shaping how organisations adopt AI into their processes, but also how operations professionals themselves can start using AI. Having been an operations leader, and now working as an AI consultant, I want to shine some light on the importance of this important yet very underrated topic.
