He has been in the 0 to 1 stages and the hyper-growth stages of startup growth - and everything in between.
Therefore, he can help leaders build from scratch, see around corners, but also push through the failures and challenges we know happen.
As an operator, he has significant expertise in driving and managing growth. He’s built new departments and developed massive process improvements. He’s worn most of the hats and lived as a cross-functional team leader.
Coming from a 50+ year-old, family-owned business, he has always been extremely passionate about entrepreneurship. From that family business to multi-billion dollar tech startups that one thing has held true - he loves helping entrepreneurs succeed!
