Since GenAI exploded in late 2022 thanks to ChatGPT, Laura has been obsessed with what this means for the future of ops and the way we all work.
As COO of AI implementation consultancy Artanis, she helps businesses operationalise AI - by identifying high-impact opportunities, working closely with teams to define what good looks like, and then building bespoke, robust solutions which can be relied on.
Before moving into AI, Laura co-founded Laylo (drinklaylo.com, @drinklaylo), creating delicious and beautiful boxed wines. Prior to that, Laura was COO of online wine retailer Naked Wines and a start-up consultant specialising in DTC, advising on strategy, performance and operations.
