Milly, why did you choose to speak at the cONference? 💬
I’m obsessed with talking about Operations! We’re the glue that holds everything together but somehow still the function that is the least understood of all company departments. I love how Operations Nation shines a light on what good operators can do for a growing company and I want to contribute in any way I can to support other operators and to help all company leaders, regardless of their functional speciality, understand how much we can support their missions.
