Accelerate their impact in the role

Most COOs learn under pressure. Our practical frameworks shorten the learning curve and can be applied immediately.

Outcome: faster, better decisions with less trial and error

image

Strengthen their leadership

COOs must lead assertively and align teams across functions. We focus on operating models, people strategy, and scalable ways of working.

Outcome: clearer accountability and stronger execution

image

Learn from experienced COOs

Direct access to fellow operations leaders who have led through growth and change, sharing what works and what to avoid.

Outcome: fewer costly mistakes as the business scales

image

Build a trusted peer network

COOs are often isolated. We provide them with a curated peer group and a high-trust space to test decisions and gain perspective.

Outcome: more confident decisions, made earlier, with better outcomes

How do I ensure the quality of this Course?

The proof is in the pudding: we've received an average rating of 9.1/10 from the seven cohorts we’ve led over the past 2+ years (146 participants in total).

Here are some more detailed reviews straight from our participants:

How much does the Course cost?

This one-of-a-kind course costs £1,699* + VAT.

*Pricing may differ slightly depending on your location. We’re a global community and we strive to be accessible for all our members, so we use the PPP framework. You can read more about this here.

For context: the few COO-focused programs that do exist - like those at top business schools such as MIT or INSEAD - are typically priced around $20,000–$25,000 and cater to corporate executives rather than startup operators. Our course is built specifically for startup and scaleup COOs, and at a fraction of the cost.

‣
What will the format be?

Our guiding principle is to keep all the content engaging and applicable. Therefore, the Course will be a mix of “I do, we do, you do”:

  • Experienced COOs will share their personal experiences and favorite frameworks
  • We’ll guide your COO through exercises to learn new skills
  • We’ll encourage your COO to apply these skills on the job (and give them suggestions on how to do so)
‣
What industry or stage is the Course focused on?

We’ve found that regardless of background, operations leaders experience similar strategic challenges (e.g. navigating relationships, fundraising, building an organisation).

Our application form exists to ensure that the Course is aligned with where your COO is in their career & your organisation. Their growth is important to us, so if we find that this isn't the best fit for them, we will recommend other resources for their operations leadership journey.

For our past cohorts, most of the participants worked in Seed to Series B startup/scaleup companies. However, ops leaders from non-profit organisations also found the Course very helpful.

Our guest speakers come from tech startup/scaleup backgrounds.

‣
What is the time commitment?

We ask you to budget 6-8 hours per week (including pre-session and post-session work) + devote some time to implementing your learnings while you’re at work.

‣
Do you offer any discounts?

We’re a global community and we strive to be accessible for all our members.

  • We use the PPP framework. You can read more about this here.
  • We offer a discount for non-profit organisations/charities. Reach out to find out how to set this up.

At this time, this is the only reduced price we offer. As we continue to grow, we hope to be able to offer further discounts for future cohorts.

‣
Do I have to pay the full fee upfront?

If needed, you’re welcome to reach out to us and discuss a payment plan.

If you have any questions about the COO Course, please get in touch and let’s chat!
