In my CoS role I am really keen to ensure we are able to reach alignment and decision making effectively at a leadership level, to ensure the priorities and needs of the business are clearly understood by our ever expanding team. It feels to me that there is significant work to do here and I am genuinely interested in how others have overcome this challenge. I'm already an ON Member | I am open to a longer programme which expands more related topics | Evergive | jennycpuyo@gmail.com | 10+ years | Head of Operations | Puyo | Valencia, Spain | Virtual | I’m at a point in my role where a few themes are converging, which made these workshops particularly relevant. I’ve spent most of my career in fast-scaling environments, building operational foundations as organisations grow. That’s a context I expect to return to, so I’m keen to continue sharpening how I think about scaling systems, teams, and decision-making under pressure. At the same time, the pace of change driven by AI is hard to ignore. I see it as a core responsibility for Ops leaders—not just to introduce tools, but to shape how AI is adopted in a way that’s practical, safe, and actually embedded into day-to-day workflows. I’m actively thinking about how to move faster here without creating fragmentation or risk. Finally, I’m operating as a senior operational counterpart to a very driven, visionary founder. That brings a lot of opportunity, but also real challenges in terms of influence, alignment, and being effectively heard—particularly on topics like prioritisation, structure, and execution. There’s also a strong shared interest in AI, which feels like an area where we could collaborate more effectively with the right frameworks in place. Overall, I’m looking for structured thinking, practical tools, and peer perspectives to help navigate this combination of scale, emerging technology, and leadership dynamics more effectively. | Bootstrapped / PE-backed | How to lead as a systems designer in the age of AIHow to rethink work and leverage when AI changes the unit economicsHow to design your organisation to scale - your people and AIHow to build strategy in evolving environment and make it landHow to lead AI compliance and govern riskHow to partner with your CEO and use your voice as a COOHow to own the COO role at scale | Yes | Not started

(a mess, really) on the leadership side i'm a contractor COO partnering with a strong founder CEO.. learning to use my voice without losing alignment is a daily exercise. it's also my first time in the seat, so i'm working out what to own, what to delegate, what to drop, while the role itself keeps reshaping the opportunity is rare though.. greenfield org design, small team leverage with AI, and a market (digital identity, vLEI, AI agent trust) that's about to hit an inflection. thse workshops seem like a timely fit | Series A–B | How to design your organisation to scale - your people and AIHow to run your organisation with speed and clarityHow to build strategy in evolving environment and make it landHow to partner with your CEO and use your voice as a COOHow to own the COO role at scale | Yes | Not started

Hope you're all doing well!! | I'm already an ON Member | I am interested in broader operations learning | Lavanda | leahalicemccarthy@gmail.com | 2-5 years | Operations Manager | McCarthy | London City | In-personVirtual | Honestly, coming back from maternity leave after eight months was a bit of a shock to the system, not in a bad way, but AI had moved so fast while I was away that I knew straight away I needed to properly get myself up to speed. It really opened my eyes to just how quickly things are changing, and I didn't want to be playing catch-up any longer than necessary! On the business side, we've set ourselves a pretty exciting (and ambitious!) goal of becoming an agentic AI business by the end of 2026. We're figuring out a lot as we go, things like how our organisation needs to be structured differently, how to bring our teams along with us through the change, and how to build a proper AI strategy rather than just reacting to things as they come up. The leadership team has had a bit of a lightbulb moment recently and we're all aligned that it's time to put our heads together and plan this out properly. On a personal note, I'm also up for a promotion to Director of Operations in the next couple of months, which feels like brilliant timing to be doing something like this! I really want to step into that role feeling confident and informed, not just excited about AI, but actually equipped to help lead the business through it in an informed way. For i) it is requiring organisational rethinks including in governance, approach to risk, people management, training, and more in an environment that seems to be changing weekly.
